Rick Blackburn started his career right out of college. He attained his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Kent State University in 1995. From there Rick has worked as a lab and field technician, quality control and concrete salesperson, cement and concrete admixture researcher, and now serves as the Technical Service Specialist for St. Mary’s Cement in the New England area. Rick is an active member of ACI and the PCA. He also works with the Northern New England Concrete Association in training the next generation of concrete professionals. Rick has presented on various concrete and cement technologies over the past years. Rick lives in Bow, NH with his family and pets and enjoys spending time with them.

Rob Madore attained his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from University of New Hampshire in 1988. Started in concrete industry in 1990 with Ciment-Quebec covering Northern New England in Sales and Technical. In 1997 Rob joined WR Grace out of Cambridge, MA and was employed for 20 years. IN those years he held several positions, Technical Sales in Northern New England, Product Specialist Nationally, Product Manager at Cambridge Headquarters and Territory Specialist for Northeastern US and Canada. In 2018 he joined St Marys/ McInnis Cement in Sales and occasional Technical Assistance in New England & Upstate NY.
